Mr. President, ESPE -INNOVATIVA EP has completed the Study on Targeting Fuels with ZERO COST for the Ecuadorian State.
Mr. President, you invited us, the good people of Ecuador, to be part of the country of encounter with the sole objective that together, government and people, we can move Ecuador forward, overcoming the serious crisis of values, but above all the economic crisis.
Therefore, I am pleased to inform you that the ESPE Army University, through its public company ESPE – INNOVATIVA, has conducted a study on the Targeting of Fuel used by Public Transportation in all its forms., This study is not improvised such as the one you are entrusting to the company Deloitte Touche in Ecuador, which must carry out the Targeting study and deliver results on August 31 of this year, considering that you only selected this private company on August 17.
The study conducted by ESPE – INNOVATIVA is based on the national reality, taking into account the precautions that must be taken in border areas and, above all, with a real inventory of the vehicle fleet belonging to Public Transportation that is duly legalized in the ANT. It goes without saying that this Targeting study is at ZERO COST to the Ecuadorian state.
Similarly, GLOBAL CORP. is managing a $100 million line of financing to achieve the restructuring of the Public Transportation sector's debt with private banks. These are resources that the Ecuadorian State currently lacks, putting the National Government in a difficult position given the Public Transportation sector's demand to restructure its debts with the National Government's assistance.
Mr. President, we expect to be heard, as it is our obligation. MORAL, CIVIC and PATRIOTIC, To contribute and support our country's progress, we hope to be heard and, above all, that the Government optimizes and prioritizes the scarce resources we have.
