“Peace can only last when human rights are respected, when people have food to eat, and when individuals and nations are free.”

WHO ARE WE?

We are the first organization in the Province of Santa Elena dedicated to the development of children, youth, men and women in our province and the country, effectively applying their Universal and fundamental Rights as part of their progress.

Mochica Sumpa seeks to interact with all citizens who wish to contribute their experiences, suggestions, and complaints individually or collectively as members of family units, neighborhood associations, community governments, parish councils, cantonal and provincial governments, and public and private officials; whose rights are being affected by any authority or natural person.
