Mochica Sumpa: The Ecuadorian State loses 1 billion dollars due to inefficiency.
The Mochica Sumpa Human Rights, Eco-Environmental and Cultural Corporation presented a report to journalist Carlos Vera on how the Ecuadorian State loses more than 1 billion dollars by not optimizing and taking advantage of the gas that is burned in the flares that emanate from the various oil wells.
The topic was discussed on the VERA A SU MANERA Program with the presence of the Minister of Energy Juan Carlos Bermeo on Thursday, July 22, 2021.
Alfonso Ortiz Cobo, Executive Director, was in charge of issuing the report with alternative solutions regarding the aforementioned problem.
